College Degrees
The majority of our staff have earned an undergraduate degree and a few of our instructors have earned Masters. On occasion, we may hire an intern if they have not completed their studies, but have equivalent experience in the field of education.

First Aid/CPR
All of our staff have undergone training to earn certifications in First Aid/CPR First Responder training

Mental Health First Aid for Youth
During pre-season orientations, new and current staff receive training in order to spot and assist stressors that affect mental wellbeing.

ServSafe Certification
Integrated community is important at Nature's Classroom. Our instructors don't work directly in the kitchen, but they receive the same SafeServ training in order to assist in the dining hall.
