Food Services

The Charlton Kitchen Crew has been serving home-cooked meals for both sites, Hilltop and Pondside, for over 20 years here now.  This skilled crew has an enormous amount of experience in the world of dietary restrictions and alternatives.  They all maintain certifications through ServSafe Food Handling and Allergen Awareness Training with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.  On rare occasion, some severe allergies and/or restrictions may require that you send along pre-made, easy to heat meals.  However, here are the allergies and restrictions we commonly see:

During school programming. our kitchen provides 3 wholesome meals a day for both the students and adults.
