Food Services
The Charlton kitchen team has been serving home-cooked meals for both sites, Hilltop and Pondside, for over 20 years here now. This skilled crew has an enormous amount of experience in terms of dietary restrictions and alternatives. They all maintain certifications through ServSafe Food Handling and Allergen Awareness Training with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
