COVID-19 Special Notice
Prindle Pond Conference Center

May 19, 2020

On May 18, Governor Baker announced the four phase plan for a safe reopening of Massachusetts. This plan is an outline and will continue to evolve as we move forward. We are awaiting further guidance as to when and how we will be able to resume business.

We are hopeful that we will be able to host groups in the coming months and are currently booking for this fall and 2021. If you have already organized a conference, retreat, or summer camp with Prindle Pond Conference Center and would like to discuss options for rescheduling, please contact us. All inquiries can be directed to prindlepond@gmail.com.

We value all of our guests and are looking forward to welcoming you as soon as it is safe to do so.

Best wishes,

Prindle Pond Conference Center

April 29, 2020

Prindle Pond Conference Center is operating in accordance with guidance and directives from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) related to COVID-19. On April 28, 2020 Governor Baker extended the closure of non-essential businesses and organizations for in-person operations until May 18, 2020.

As a conference and retreat center, we recognize the importance of our role in mitigating the spread of COVID-19. We are looking forward to reopening our facilities when authorities agree it is safe, and with implementation of any and all new health and safety measures.

We appreciate you waiting with us as we look for additional guidance from the Governor’s office. We will continue to provide updated information as it is released.

Best Wishes,

Prindle Pond Conference Center

March 15, 2020

Prindle Pond Conference Center recognizes that while we do not have control over the existence of the COVID-19 global pandemic, we do have control over how we respond. In light of increased concerns regarding the virus, we have decided it is in the best interest of our guests and staff to discontinue services until April 24, 2020. We will continue to monitor the situation in the coming weeks and follow recommendations by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO).

Thank you for your continued support. We value all of our guests and hope you and your loved ones are staying safe.

Best wishes,

Prindle Pond Conference Center
